Job Title: Direct Care Staff – Group Home (Boys Ages 6–18)

Location: Multiple openings in the following zip codes: 85339, 85304, 85053, 85345, 85027

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time | Various shifts available (weekends, evenings, overnights)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff to work with boys ages 6–18 in a structured group home setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children in a group home environment and a strong commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and positive atmosphere.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children in a group home setting (required)
  

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
  

• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 5-year driving record
  

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  

Preferred Certifications:

• First Aid & CPR
  

• CPI or Prevention & Support Training
  

Compensation:

• Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
