Inventory Control:
Gather and analyze data concerning the reconciliation of physical inventory, cycle counts, and
shipping errors.
Conduct physical inventories
Conduct daily cycle counts
Investigate customer claims of overages/shortages
Review stock availability
Prioritize projects based on dates needed by
Update status reports
Manage schedules
Monitor emails/communicate with customers
Print labels
Work closely with Customer Service
Run weekly/monthly hold damage reports and reconcile.
Coordinate and control all hold product notifications, recalls, and mock recalls with Customer
Service Manager.
