Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Surgical Technologist to join our highly motivated Mohs surgery team in Anderson, SC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with a collaborative surgical team, and values being part of a true workplace family.
As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the surgeon and clinical team throughout Mohs and dermatologic surgical procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining sterile fields, preparing procedure rooms, organizing surgical instruments and supplies, assisting during procedures, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and able to anticipate the needs of both the provider and team in a high-volume surgical setting.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in surgical technology, sterile technique, and operating room procedures
- Experience assisting in surgical procedures and providing intra-operative support
- Strong understanding of surgical instruments, equipment, and sterilization processes
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced Mohs surgical environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and infection control protocols
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience
- CST certification or eligibility preferred
- CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in dermatology, Mohs surgery, or cosmetic procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of ModMed EMA is a plus

Monday - Thursday: 7:40am - 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Salary : $16 - $24
