Job Overview
The Operations Manager plays a key role in strengthening customer partnerships, maintaining operational excellence, and expanding the company’s presence throughout Ohio and Indiana. This position serves as a bridge between customers and internal operations, ensuring high service standards, strong industry relationships, and strict adherence to bio-security and quality protocols.
This individual will be highly visible in the field, actively engaging with customers, auditing crews, and representing the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in customer-facing events
- Support the Safety, Bio-security & Compliance Supervisor with communicating OH events.
- Establish and maintain a strong presence within the Ohio poultry and agricultural industry.
- Assist the Director of Crew Operations with auditing crews to ensure compliance with company standards and performance expectations.
- Assist with vaccine inventory management.
- Conduct random farm visits to audit drivers and crew members for safety, quality, and professionalism.
- Uphold and enforce strict biosecurity protocols, including vehicle sanitation, shower-in/shower-out procedures, and other farm-specific requirements.
- Communicate directly with customers to schedule visits, address concerns, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Develop and expand professional networks within the region to support business growth.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying potential candidates, participating in outreach, and assisting with onboarding initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and recommending solutions to leadership.
Requirements

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
