Paragon Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or license-eligible) for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pinehurst, NC. New grads and experienced PTs both encouraged to apply.

Compensation & benefits
- $80,000–$95,000/year based on experience, with performance-based upside as you build your caseload
- $5,000 Sign-on bonus

- $2,500 Annual CE budget with paid course days; in-house mentorship in dry needling, blood flow restriction, TPI® golf assessments, and Stecco Method Fascial Manipulation
- Documentation during clinic hours — we run Prompt EMR so notes don't follow you home
- Monday–Friday. No evenings, no weekends.
Requirements
- Active NC PT license or eligibility (including PT Compact privilege)
- DPT or Master's from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Strong orthopedic clinical reasoning — new grads welcome; we teach the techniques
Pinehurst is the golf capital of the world, an hour from Raleigh, with an active patient population of athletes, competitive golfers, and military families from nearby Fort Bragg.
