Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located at our Wooster, OH, facility. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, creating treatment plans and collaborating with other providers in the clinic. .
Nurse Practitioner- part-time 3 days/wk. physical medicine clinic looking for nurse practitioner who is passionate about integrative healthcare. Low stress environment . Great team to work with as they all have the same mission . Administering Trigger point injections, regenerative medicine, peptides and nutritional IV’s. Training will be given for joint injections with ultrasound. . BIOTE ( testosterone.pellets) training will be provided . You will be assessing patients with other providers in the clinic and developing treatment plans. .. NO OPIOIDS, NO ANTIDEPRESSANTS, etc.
Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. (M&W)7:30- 12:15, 130-6pm And Thursday 8-12:30, 1:30-6:30

Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in performing medical procedures and prescribing medications
- Excellent patient communication, healthcare education, and counseling abilities
- Keen understanding of medical regulations, ethical standards, and compliance requirements
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner and active, unrestricted nursing license in Ohio
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with other healthcare professionals
