A Day in the Life

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr
- Overtime Pay: $27.38/hr (after 40 hrs/week)
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $37,960 /year (based on 40 hrs/week × 52 wks, plus OT)
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of earnings ($1,518/year) redeemable anytime in ADP as cash

- Assist drivers with the safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50-300 lbs with team lift)
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
- Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates
- Deliver packages with care, professionalism, and excellent customer service
- Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed
- Age: 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70 lbs frequently, up to 300 lbs with partner)
- Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen
- Location: Amazon HMC3 Station 2361 S Withers Rd, Liberty, MO 64068
- Breaks: 2 paid 15-minute breaks 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift
- Hiring Timeline: Typically 1-2 weeks to complete
