\Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy equipment and vehicles to ensure our crews have safe and reliable equipment every day.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Maintain and repair heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes. \
- Diagnose and fix issues with fleet vehicles, including Mack trucks and company vehicles. \
- Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs. \
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. \
- Assist with inventory management and scheduling maintenance.
Requirements:
\- Experience in heavy equipment and vehicle repair (2 years preferred). \
