Paragon Insurance Group is hiring an Administrative Insurance Specialist who brings industry knowledge, strong client service skills, and a high level of ownership. This is a key role inside the agency, supporting both clients and leadership while helping maintain a seamless, professional experience across every touchpoint.
As the Administrative Insurance Specialist, you will serve as the operational backbone of the agency and a primary point of contact for clients. You will manage day-to-day administrative functions, support policy servicing, and ensure consistent follow-through on quotes, billing, and documentation.
This role requires someone who already understands how an insurance agency operates and can step in with confidence. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and execute consistently will directly impact client satisfaction and overall business performance.
In this position, you will create the structure and reliability that allows leadership to stay focused on writing business and handling claims, knowing the backend and client experience are fully taken care of.
