Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations using POS systems and inventory management software
• Organize merchandise on shelves, planograms, and displays to optimize visual appeal and accessibility in line with branding standards
• Support merchandising efforts by setting up planograms, updating signage, and ensuring products are properly priced and labeled
• Manage stocking activities including receiving shipments, unpacking deliveries, and organizing stockrooms efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product availability and assisting with sales transactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure smooth operations
• Background in retail sales, customer service, cash handling, pricing strategies, and cashiering preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, cleaning work areas, and moving merchandise as needed
• Administrative experience including training & development responsibilities is advantageous

Pay: $22.00 - $22.80 per hour
