Job Description:
Paragon Innovation LLCS is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Assistant to support daily distribution and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with organizing shipments, tracking inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of materials and packages.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily distribution and warehouse operations
- Prepare and organize outgoing shipments and orders
- Receive and sort incoming materials and packages
- Track inventory and update distribution records
- Label, pack, and stage items for delivery or shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support logistics and operations team with daily tasks
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
