We design and supply fare media solutions for public transportation systems, including magnetic stripe tickets and RFID/contactless smart cards. Our products support transit agencies in delivering reliable, secure, and efficient revenue collection for bus, rail, and multimodal networks.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support our transit agency clients. This role blends sales support, order management, and customer service, with a focus on fare media products such as magnetic stripe tickets and RFID smart cards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for transit agency customers and distributors
  • Respond to inquiries related to fare media products, specifications, and orders
  • Process and manage orders for magnetic tickets, smart cards, and related supplies
  • Support inside sales efforts including quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Identify opportunities for upselling (e.g., transitioning clients from magnetic stripe to RFID/contactless solutions)
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Assist with issue resolution, including product quality, delivery, or technical concerns

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or order management experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, smart cards, or transit industry preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy (especially for order specs and volumes)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with magnetic stripe encoding or RFID/NFC technology
  • Experience with secure card production or ticketing systems
  • Exposure to public transit agencies or government clients
