We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at Paragon Home Healthcare, Inc. located in
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage nursing operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care strategies as necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications * Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and Medicare guidelines.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze data for quality improvement initiatives.
