We are looking to hire 1-2 South, West Downtown Dallas Area
Full Time Positions in Tarrant and Dallas Counties.
Provider to cover 4-6 Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities. We are providing pain management and PM&R services to our patients.
The Nurse Practitioner, under the supervision of the Physician (s) who act as the collaborative practitioner, is responsible for performing physical examinations, consultations, and treatment of patient's conditions in the nursing home setting. Will be expected to see patients independently at assigned facilities and will also see patients collaboratively with supervising physicians. Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as therapy notes, routine labs, and prescription monitoring program reports. Will enter schedule two and three medication for supervising physician. Monitors the patient's course and treatment and makes appropriate referrals to a physician or specialist as needed.
