About the Role
The Head of Growth will own the full outbound sales motion for the agency. You’ll lead the sales and growth team, shape the go-to-market approach, and ensure the pipeline stays active and healthy. This is a leadership role that combines strategy, team management, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the agency’s sales and growth team.
- Build a structured outbound engine that generates qualified opportunities.
- Develop outreach messaging, targeting, and workflow systems.
- Guide the team’s daily rhythm: activity, follow-up, pipeline hygiene.
- Partner with agency leadership on positioning, offers, and revenue goals.
- Maintain clear reporting around pipeline, forecasting, and progress.
- Represent the agency in conversations with founders, operators, and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading outbound sales or growth teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create structure, manage people, and drive consistent execution.
- Background in a digital agency, design studio, SaaS, or services org is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
