Job Summary:

The SNX Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining SNX (possibly CNC, laser, or other automated machinery) equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. This role ensures efficient operation, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations while optimizing productivity and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate and adjust SNX equipment according to production specifications and company standards.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and report defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, identify equipment malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor machine settings, operational parameters, and material usage to maintain efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any operational issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors, engineers, and fellow operators to improve processes and production flow.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and various materials.
• May involve standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Shift work, including nights, weekends, or overtime, may be required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience operating SNX or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC, automated systems, or production equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to detect inconsistencies or defects in the manufacturing process.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification in machinery operation or manufacturing is a plus.
• Forklift certification (if applicable).

Salary : $18 - $20
