Now Hiring - Concrete Superintendent - dedicated, experienced and hands on to lead and oversee our field operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work.
Responsibilities include hands on supervision of daily construction field activities and crew scheduling. Ensure quality, safety and productivity on concrete projects. Coordinating with project managers and suppliers. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and maintain quality control.
Must have 5 years experience and excellent knowledge of concrete construction, management and leadership.
- Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, supervise and direct crew(s).
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications.
- Manage project schedules.
- OSHA certification 10 Hr. required and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid Drivers License.
Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
