Job Description
- Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout
- Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholder
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on affordable housing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
