Duties:
- Greet, check in, and assist patients throughout their visit.
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage provider scheduling
- Update and maintain patient records and documentation
- Assist providers with therapies, treatment flow, and patient support
- Keep the office and treatment areas tidy and organized
- Handle basic billing inquiries and process payments
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks
Experience:
- Experience in a chiropractic office setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Skilled in scheduling, data entry, and record management
- Familiar with HIPAA and privacy practices
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellent patient care
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a busy clinic setting
As a Chiropractic Assistant in our office, you'll play an important role in both patient experiences and daily clinic operations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, adaptable, and able to communicate well with both patients and team members.
