General Responsibilities:

The person in this role will perform routine maintenance duties including painting and basic equipment or facility repairs based on the scope of work on job site assigned to, by performing the following duties:

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Sunday - Thursday (flexibility needed)
• 8PM - 4:30AM

Pay: $20-$25 per hour (DOE)

Specific Duties / Essential Functions:

• Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance of refrigeration storage equipment at multiple locations.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Painting / patching interior walls and doors.
• Carpet repair.
• Respond to building requests as needed.
• Reporting exterior damages.
• Wood repair.
• Checking light fixtures.
• Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of painter experience is preferred, but not required.
• High school or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Ability to walk for extended periods across multiple job sites
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, and legs, including climbing stairs, use of ladders and kneeling or squatting.

Compliance Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I-9 and E-Verify process

Travel: Travel between 2-3 sites in the Greater LA area.
