Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the sales process from start to finish.
- Respond to online leads, phone calls, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
- Conduct test drives and confidently explain vehicle features, options, and financing.
- Follow up with potential buyers through calls, texts, and email to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (DealerCenter).
- Assist with inventory tracking and dealership events.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
- At least 1 year of Automotive Sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus - bonus incentive offered.
- Professional appearance and punctuality required.
