Paragon Autism Services, LLC is an award winning BCBA-owned and operated organization with a unique opportunity for a BCBA or BCaBA to join a true ABA Team. Based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, our organization is built on our clinical teams, in which each member contributes to the success of our clients and the professional development of all staff. Our teams have two Leadership positions including the Director of Intensive ABA Services and the Clinical Supervisor. Our Clinical Supervisors work within a tiered model, making this position a wonderful opportunity to hone your clinical skills and receive mentorship from a senior level BCBA. This position is a great fit for BCBAs with less then 5 years of post certification experience or for BCaBAs!
As a Clinical Supervisor you can focus on your clients and supervising your Behavior Technicians. You will provide in-person supervision, care coordination, treatment guidance, family training, and BST to Behavior Technicians. As the Clinical Supervisor you will receive mentorship from the Director of Intensive ABA Services, working collaboratively with them to carry out treatment and overcome barriers.
Your team would also have access to a designated Office Manager who does all the scheduling and manages staff/client cancellations, a Professional Development Department who ensures your Behavior Technicians receive in person comprehensive training, and our Licensed Professional Counselors who provides counseling services to families or staff members and consultation for clinical cases.
Benefits:

Minimum Requirements:
· 2 years working with individuals with autism and/or related disorders
· Reliable transportation
· Ability to provide in-person supervision in the Fredericksburg Region
· BCBA/LBA or BCaBA/LaBA Certification
