Position: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a hard working, sincere, and friendly Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete repairs promptly.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property and common areas.
- Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, drywall, and appliance repairs.
- Maintain tools and equipment and assist with inventory.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Sheetrock
- Flooring
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Spanish speaking a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
