We are looking for an extremely organized, friendly, and sincere Bilingual Janitor/Groundskeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
- Prepare vacant units for new residents
- Assist with preventative maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing and electrical
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Spanish speaking
