We are national leading Affordable Housing Company specializing in affordable housing industry, ranked # 1 in 2019 by AHF.
We are looking for an extremely organized, friendly, and sincere Bilingual Janitor/Groundskeeper to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Clean grounds, units, common areas daily
- Prep vacants, track supplies, report issues
- Post notices, follow policies, top service
- Complete training, other tasks as needed
The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Reliable, Self-motivated, Honest, Detail-oriented
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team
- Grounds/landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Spanish speaking.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
