Paragon Alpha have recently partnered directly with the CTO of a tier-one prop, market making firm on a strategic C hiring mandate across Chicago and New York.
They’re an established global market maker building their entire trading stack in-house, with a strong focus on low-level C , hardware optimisation, network protocols and ultra-low-latency systems.
The CTO is particularly interested in engineers from embedded, firmware, hardware/software integration or other performance-critical environments. Previous HFT experience isn't essential.
