This is a full-time hybrid role for an ASR Medical Device Sales Representative based in Roanoke, VA, with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include developing relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting innovative foot and ankle surgical solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, working in operating room settings to assist with product usage, and maintaining strong customer service to support client needs. Collaborative team engagement and the ability to adapt to a dynamic sales environment are critical to success in this position.

• Experience in Medical Sales and Sales within the healthcare or device industry
• Knowledge of Orthopedics, particularly foot and ankle surgical products
• Exposure to the Operating Room environment and familiarity with surgical protocols
• Understanding of Medicine and clinical settings to address surgeon and patient needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivation with a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in medical device sales or orthopedic-related roles is a plus
