What You’ll Do
- As a Client Experience Manager, your role will be to foster exceptional client relationships and ensure that our service delivery aligns perfectly with client needs
- Serve as the primary liaison for all client inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses.
- Handle insurance tasks ranging from the essentials, like issuing auto ID cards and processing endorsements, to the complex, such as pre-renewal contact, remarketing existing accounts, and working with underwriters to ensure renewal and placement.
- Aid in the preparation and management of new and renewal insurance applications.
- Create premium finance agreements, proposals, and other client-facing communications.
- Assess and address client coverage needs at renewal or during significant changes, providing strategic advice.
- Ensure policies meet requirements for issuing certificates and other client needs.
- Maintain impeccable data integrity in our agency management system by adhering to established workflows.
- A humble, coachable attitude coupled with high interpersonal skills, resilience, and grit.
- A natural inclination towards continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Ability to engage and build relationships effortlessly, whether in a coffee shop line or a crowded room.
- Confident communication skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels, from the janitor to the executive.
- Self-driven and results-oriented demeanor.
- Possess a Property & Casualty license.
- While some college credit is advantageous, it’s not required.
- Two or more years in a client-facing insurance role, with a track record of managing client relationships and expectations.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
