This is a Monday to Friday 8:30/9am to 2:30/3 pm but also having to deal with scheduling/staffing issues remotely 7 days a week so it's a full time position with only 25-30 hours in the office each week, when in the office checking in / coordinating with managers and STAFF need a HR degree / certification and restaurant experience preferable restaurant management experience - 50/60k minimum a year to start English / Spanish a must.

- Oversee all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Paychex, ADP, Ceridian to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement change management initiatives.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Restaurant experience a MUST as part of this job involves scheduling and staffing and interviewing need to have a firm grasp of restaurant operations
- English and Spanish a must.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - not necessary but helpful
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management maybe - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Human resources certification
- Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- payroll systems a plus / google drive / 7 shifts / Heartland HR and Heartland POS system
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage employee relations issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
