- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Create high-quality visual content using Canva, google, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance posts and advertisements
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely engagement and insights
- Plan and oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI while optimizing ad performance through A/B testing
- Utilize programs for scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and maintaining consistent content delivery across channels
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility on search engines
- Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate branding efforts, press releases, and community outreach initiatives
- Produce multimedia content including photography and video editing to diversify content offerings and boost engagement
- Maintain relationships with partners, and media outlets to expand brand reach through strategic partnerships
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Familiarity with social listening tools
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics platforms
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital advertising strategies
- Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
