Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager who can provide effective training to Sales People, ensure exceptional Customer Service, and maintain a positive store environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, prior Management Experience, and Customer Service expertise. Responsibilities will include performing water testing, addressing Customer Issues, and creating social media advertisements. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain the store's appearance and motivate Sales People to achieve sales goals. The compensation package will include an hourly rate of $25-$28, plus Commission, and company-provided medical, dental, and vision insurance. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products to maximize sales.

- Handle payroll and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Utilize POS systems for transactions and manage cash handling procedures effectively.
- Monitor retail math metrics such as pricing, sales performance, and budget adherence.
- Foster a positive work culture through effective team management and conflict resolution.
