Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide information about recreational activities, programs, and amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
• Assist guests with inquiries, resolve issues, and offer personalized recommendations
• Collaborate with the recreation team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
