Overview
Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality? Join our team as a Front Desk Manager to oversee and enhance guest experiences at the front desk. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient and smooth processes
- Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding service
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and maintain front desk procedures, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage room inventory and maximize revenue through effective room management strategies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to front desk team members

Qualifications
- 2 years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines
- Time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
- Ability to manage according to employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction
- Prior cash handling experience necessary
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with the public and collaborate with team members.
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Computer proficiency required, including expertise in Opera PMS, Micros, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
