Duties

- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Supervise catering events and banquet services, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Train kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in the culinary field with a strong background in fine dining or restaurant management.
