Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and policy administration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach to daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
• Advise management and staff on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance issues
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Oversee benefits administration, performance reviews, and compensation practices
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals
• Partner with leadership to promote a positive and productive work culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of progressive HR experience (management experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) a plus
