Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, handling reservations, billing, and special requests
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges and balancing financial transactions accurately
- Respond to guest needs and concerns promptly, resolving issues with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property
- Prepare shift reports detailing occupancy, financial transactions, incidents, and other relevant activities to ensure seamless communication between shifts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest services, front desk operations, and hotel safety protocols
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
