Paradise Kitchen & Closets is hiring an experienced Finish Carpenter to handle our kitchen cabinet refacing installations. This is detail-driven, client-facing work — you're transforming existing kitchens by installing new doors, drawer fronts, veneers, moldings, and hardware to a flawless finish. If you take pride in tight reveals and clean lines, we want to talk.
What you'll do
- Reface existing cabinetry: apply veneers/skins to cabinet boxes, install new doors, drawer fronts, and hardware
- Install crown molding, light rail, trim, fillers, and decorative end panels
- Measure, cut, scribe, and fit finish materials to exacting tolerances
- Adjust and align doors and drawers for consistent, even reveals
- Perform on-site problem-solving where cabinets and walls aren't perfectly square
- Keep the client's home clean and protected, and deliver a polished final walkthrough
What you need
- Proven finish carpentry experience — cabinetry, refacing, or high-end trim work (required)
- Mastery of finish tools (track saw, miter saw, brad/pin nailers, jigs, levels)
- Ability to read layouts and work to precise measurements
- Sharp eye for reveals, alignment, and finish quality
- Own reliable transportation with space to load materials and a full set of finish carpentry tools
- Professional demeanor working in occupied homes
- Valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
