Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Home Health Aide will support clients with day-to-day activities, including assisting with personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living. Duties will also include fostering a positive and caring environment, helping with basic household tasks, and providing companionship to clients. The position requires empathy, dedication, and attention to clients’ needs to enhance their overall quality of life.
Qualifications
- Experience providing Personal Care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living
- Proficiency in Patient Care and Home Care tasks
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Relevant experience in caregiving or in-home health services is a plus
