Paradise Hills, Winery Resort and Spa is looking for energetic and friendly Hospitality Professionals with experience in the wine industry and exceptional customer services skills.
Responsibilities of a server include:
Typical Day is 11:30 - 6:30 p.m. // Thursdays - Sundays
· Exceptional Guest Relations
· Knowledge of wines , craft beer and foods served
· Providing service of beverages at tasting room(s), Bistro restaurant and for special events
· Preparing minimum amounts of food (some locations)
· Daily summary reports
· Replenishing inventory from farm winery (40 lbs)

Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Wine knowledge or interest in learning
- Craft beer experience is a plus
- Hospitality background preferred
- POS experience, especially with Square
- Ability to handle food and ensure food safety
- Previous restaurant experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Upselling and sales skills are advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
