Part-Time Evening Line Cook
Paradise Grille at Enclaves – ChampionsGate/Davenport, FL
Paradise Grille at Enclaves is hiring a dependable Part-Time Evening Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a lively poolside restaurant and bar serving great food in a fun, fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on kitchen position. Every shift will include cooking, cleaning, dishwashing, restocking, and completing closing duties. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping their station clean, organized, and ready for service.
Schedule
- Approximately 25 hours per week
- Wednesday through Sunday
- Shifts begin around 5:00 or 6:00 PM
- Must be available to stay until the kitchen is fully cleaned and closing duties are complete
- Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
- Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicate with other cooks, servers, and management to keep orders moving accurately and on time
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces, equipment, floors, storage areas, and workstations
- Properly label, date, rotate, and store food
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination procedures
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Complete all assigned kitchen closing duties before leaving
Qualifications
- Able to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong time-management, organization, and cleaning skills
- Reliable, punctual, and available for the full Wednesday–Sunday schedule
- Able to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures
- Willing to help wherever needed, including cooking, cleaning, and washing dishes
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
