Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for manufacturing facilities, ensuring all equipment operates at peak performance.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule routine inspections and repairs.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical (including high voltage and low voltage systems), and HVAC issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and repair of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems critical to manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to industrial maintenance, electrical systems, high voltage protocols, and facilities management regulations.
- Collaborate with project management teams to plan upgrades or new installations while minimizing production disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment histories for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise in both low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and troubleshooting automation controls.
- Experience using CMMS software for scheduling work orders, tracking assets, and managing maintenance data.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety protocols related to industrial environments.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on supervising experience, project management capabilities, and clear communication in English.
