Paradise Garage Doors is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who is dependable, organized, energetic, and ready to take ownership of our warehouse and daily operations.

This is NOT an entry-level warehouse position.

Previous warehouse management experience is REQUIRED.

Warehouse Manager – Be the Person Who Keeps Our Entire Operation Moving

Full-Time | Monday–Friday Every Other Saturday | 6:30 AM Start

Paradise Garage Doors is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who knows how to run an organized warehouse, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and keep a busy field operation moving.

This is a position for someone who has real warehouse management experience and understands how important organization, inventory accuracy, preparation, and urgency are to a successful operation.

You will play a critical role in making sure our technicians and installers have everything they need before they leave for the day.

6:30 AM Start — Early-Morning Leader Required

This position starts at 6:30 AM.

You need to be someone who is comfortable getting up early, arriving on time, and being ready to work when the day begins.

At 6:30 AM, the warehouse needs to be moving — inventory checked, materials prepared, equipment ready, and the field team getting organized.

We want someone who walks in ready to take charge, see what needs to happen, and get it done.

If you're not an early-morning person, this is not the position for you.

What You'll Own

As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for keeping our warehouse, inventory, equipment, trailers, and supplies organized, stocked, clean, accurate, and ready to go.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining warehouse inventory
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Tracking garage doors, openers, parts, hardware, tools, and supplies
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying items that need to be reordered
• Preventing inventory shortages
• Receiving and unloading deliveries
• Inspecting incoming materials and organizing products
• Pulling parts and materials for technicians and installers
• Delivering parts to technicians in the field when needed
• Preparing equipment, materials, trailers, and supplies for the day's jobs
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
• Maintaining company property, equipment, warehouse areas, and trailers
• Pulling and moving utility trailers
• Driving flatbed trailers and scissor-lift trailers
• Operating forklifts and scissor lifts
• Keeping equipment clean, maintained, and ready for use
• Assisting with garage door and opener installations when needed
• Helping solve problems throughout the operation
• Identifying inefficiencies and finding better ways to organize the warehouse
• Making sure technicians and installers are not waiting on parts or equipment

Technology & CRM Experience

This position requires someone who is comfortable using technology as part of their daily work.

You will use tablets, computers, CRM systems, inventory systems, and other company software.

You should be comfortable with:

• Tablets and mobile devices
• CRM systems
• Inventory management software
• Entering and updating inventory information
• Checking and updating job and material information
• Communicating through company technology
• Learning new software and systems quickly

You don't have to be a technology expert, but you must be comfortable using technology every day.

We need someone who can manage both physical inventory and digital inventory.

Your Personality Matters

This is a people position as much as it is a warehouse position.

Every morning, you will interact with our technicians and installers.

We need someone who brings energy, positivity, urgency, and leadership to the shop.

You should be the person who walks in at 6:30 AM, sees what needs to happen, gets everyone organized, makes sure the trucks and trailers are ready, and helps get the entire team started on the right foot.

Hands-On Warehouse & Equipment Experience

• Flatbed trailers
• Construction materials
• Mechanical equipment
• Garage door products

Previous warehouse management experience is required.

Driving Requirements

Because this position involves delivering parts and moving company equipment, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

The position may require:

• Driving company vehicles
• Delivering parts to technicians
• Pulling utility trailers
• Pulling flatbed trailers
• Moving equipment between locations

Candidates must successfully meet Paradise Garage Doors' requirements for driving history and motor-vehicle record screening.

Background Screening

Because this position involves company vehicles, equipment, inventory, customer property, and access to company facilities, successful completion of our required pre-employment background screening is a condition of employment.

Candidates must be able to meet the company's established screening requirements.

Monday–Friday

6:30 AM Start Time

Every Other Saturday

ONE SATURDAY ON / ONE SATURDAY OFF

Saturday availability is required according to the rotating schedule.

If you are looking for a Monday–Friday, 9-to-5 position, this is not the job for you.

We need someone who is ready to get up early, get to work at 6:30 AM, and get the operation moving.
