Qualifications
- Experience in taking and recording vital signs, as well as observing and reporting changes in patient conditions
- Basic knowledge of maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members
- Relevant certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
- Compassionate attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent care
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
