What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bi-Lingual Office Assistant & Permit Assistant position at Paradise Exteriors?
Well established impact window and door company, in business for over 15-years, seeking a reliable office/permit assistant who is bi-lingual (English & Spanish) with strong customer service skills to be part of our team.
The successful applicant will be result oriented, positive and friendly. He/she will need to work together with the Permit Supervisor to process construction/building permits successfully. You will be cross trained in other departments as well.
Schedule (In-Person at Boynton Beach Office):
9:00AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday
Job Duties Include:
- Filling
- Submitting construction permits
- Knowledge of the Permitting Process.
- Request information that is needed by the office
- Track permits
- File NOC's
- Collect NOC's
- Request Certificates of Insurance
- Open/distribute mail
- Answering calls, with excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 1-year office experience
- Strong Computer skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a high-volume atmosphere and assist all departments.
- Bi-Lingual is a must (English & Spanish)
