What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundation Driller position at Paradise Excavation & Construction?
We are currently looking to hire a full-time person for our crew. We are a small family-owned excavation company specializing in excavation and substation construction. No experience is necessary as we are willing to train. Pay will depend upon experience but will range from $24 to $40 per hour. We offer full paid medical insurance including dental and vision, a 401K, paid holidays, paid vacation time, and the possibility for bonuses throughout the year. Position is full time during the week; however, weekends may be optional during the busy season. We occasionally travel for work. We practice a drug free work environment. Must have a valid Driver's License. We want someone who is punctual and dependable, who wants the opportunity to grow in the construction field. Must be able to learn from hands on training and follow directions easily, a current CDL is a bonus.

Job Duties include: concrete, form building, steel erection, excavation, pipe work, finish grading, shoveling, Arial work, crane work, heavy equipment operator, earth moving, truck driver and a willingness to learn. Resume required, must be able to pass a drug test.
