What we’re looking for in a Solar Sales Consultant
- Skilled: Confident communicator with a proven ability to build relationships. Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required. Comfortable engaging with all types of buyers, which will include business owners, C-level executives, farmers, and homeowners. Strong organizational skills and a drive to succeed.
- Knowledgeable: You're connected in your community and enjoy meeting new people. Whether you already have relationships with business owners and decision-makers or are eager to build them, you're confident reaching out to , starting conversations with, and helping others understand the value of solar energy. You're willing to make cold calls, learn consultative selling, and grow into an exceptional closer.
- Passionate: Highly self-motivated with a strong self-starter mentality. You enjoy continuous learning and are always looking for ways to improve and grow.
- Team Player: Humble. Excellent communicator. Self-starter with a creative mindset and eagerness to embrace challenges, both externally and internally.
What we offer our Solar Sales Consultant
- $80K to $100K annually to be offset by commissions earned with NO cap on annual earnings plus bonus opportunities
- Company car and company cell phone and laptop, with all required accessories
- Proven marketing team to help generate leads; experienced estimating team to deliver timely and accurate quotes; and, strong project management team to support each sold project
