Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, and filtration system checks to ensure water quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct thorough pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming surfaces, brushing walls, and cleaning filters to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect pool components regularly for signs of wear or damage and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with specialists for complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and chemical treatments administered for each pool.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in the installation of new pool equipment or upgrades as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements

- Mechanical knowledge
- Strong understanding of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing, water testing, and cleaning techniques. (Willing to train)
- Familiarity with the use of maintenance tools and equipment necessary for routine inspections and repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with good organizational skills to keep accurate records of work performed.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments while adhering to safety standards.
- Great customer service skills.
- Work well with others and follow directions.
- Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical systems is highly desirable.
