What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete laborer/ finisher position at Paradise Concrete & Excavation?
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete forms, molds, and reinforcement materials such as rebar to ensure accurate placement for pouring.
- Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and power tools to efficiently deliver high-quality concrete applications.
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and texturing using hand tools and trowels to achieve specified surface finishes.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols on-site.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavator or skid when required for material handling or site preparation.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members including carpenters, welders, roofers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
