Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Salesmen to join our team, individuals who are passionate about sports or sports cards, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen understanding of sports and/or the sports card market. As a Breaker, you will be responsible for conducting live stream hobby box openings, interacting with customers online, and accurately assessing the condition and value of sports cards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct live stream hobby box openings for customers who purchase online.
- Engage and interact with a diverse customer base, providing an entertaining and informative experience.
- Utilize knowledge of various sports and athletes to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately identify and assess the condition and value of sports cards.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitasking, and effective prioritization.
- Utilize basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft applications for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Navigate order reports online and use advanced apps to manage and fulfill customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Breaker on a reputable platform.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales.
- In-depth knowledge of various sports and athletes, as well as an understanding of their value in the sports card market.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assessing sports card condition and value.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in basic Excel and Microsoft applications.
- Familiarity with advanced apps and the ability to navigate online order reports.
