Team Member Responsibilities:
- Always deliver unmatched service and hospitality to all our customers.
- Create and prepare food and smoothie products to our high brand standards.
- Ensures they are using sanitation practices while preparing and serving food.
- Sets up and monitors food prep and counter workstations.
- Cleans and organizes front, back, and restrooms of the shop.
- Takes orders according to customer request.
- Operates the cash register with extreme accuracy.
- Follow all safety and security policies set by the company.
Requirements:
- Customer or food service experience a plus
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability
- Dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for a long period of time
- Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 30 lbs.

Compensation:
